Abstrakty

Praca zawiera analizę ekonomicznych uwarunkowań współtworzących i stymulujących poziom jakości produktów w przedsiębiorstwie. Autorka omawia proces kształtowania jakości produktów oraz bada zależności między poziomem jakości produktów a innymi kategoriami ekonomicznymi, takimi jak: popyt, przychody ze sprzedaży produktów, koszty ich wytworzenia, koszty jakości, cena, zysk, system motywacyjny. Przedstawia metodykę badania ekonomicznych uwarunkowań poziomu jakości w przedsiębiorstwie. Prezentuje wyniki badań ekonomicznych aspektów jakości, przeprowadzonych w trzech wybranych przedsiębiorstwach sektora AGD. Podejmuje ocenę wpływu ekonomicznych czynników na kształtowanie poziomu jakości artykułów gospodarstwa domowego.

The doctoral dissertation concerns the economic conditions influencing the products' quality and thus particularly complex issues that have not been sufficiently researched yet. The activity of companies in conditions of the market economy causes a need to consider the quality on the economic basis. The economic approach to the category of quality results from the assumption that the quality affects the results of the companies. Therefore, the aim of the dissertation was to identify and characterise the main economic conditions co-creating and determining the degree of products' quality in a company. Consequently it is the identification of the character and the power of relations between the product's quality and the other economic categories such as the price, the demand, revenues production costs or consequently profits. The research was carried out basing on the empirical data gathered from three main companies producing household articles, with a high share in the market (65-90 procent . The empirical analysis has resulted in the creation of many econometric models of relations between the degree of quality and the demand, the price, costs and the profit. (original abstract)
