Abstrakty
W opracowaniu przedstawiono miejsce spółdzielczości w przekształceniach własnościowych. Zwrócono uwagę na fakt, że w koncepcjach rozwojowych ruchu spółdzielczego można wymienić dwa główne nurty łączące się z masową bazą społeczną o charakterze pracowniczo-konsumenckim, o charakterze drobnomieszczańsko-własnościowym, traktującym spółdzielczość jako formę chroniącą interesy drobnych wytwórców oraz właścicieli mieszkań przed konkurencją.
In order to create a possibly rational as well as ideological and social basis for correct establishment of the place held by co-operative movement in proprietary transformations in Poland, the author of the paper has tried to describe two types of conditions necessary for taking decisions concerning the problem. They are: a) indications of actual tendencies in development of co-operative movement as observed in the modern world, with a specific consideration of successful experience of many West European countries and Japan; b) outlines of system concepts for social market economy (SME) which could become the basis for stating such a place in Poland - in lieu of the outdated maximalist theory and development vision form "Co-operative Republic", and for supplementing two more realistic concepts: of so-called cooperative management and of a co-operative section or sector.
