Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono sytemy finansowania dróg we Francji i w Niemczech. We Francji drogi są zarządzane przez administrację drogową lub spółki autostradowe. Drogi krajowe finansowane są z budżetu centralnego, budżetów lokalnych i środków koncesjonariuszy. Natomiast w Niemczech drogi są zarządzane przez administrację drogową. Finansowanie dróg odbywa się ze środków budżetowych.
The systems of road financing differ from each other. In France the roads are under road administration or highway companies. The roads are financed by national or local budget or by concessionaire means. Construction of highways by concessionaire seems to be unsuccessful enterprise from the point of finance and as a result the stage takes the responsibility for realisation the programme of toll-high-ways. In Germany the roads are under the road administration. The highway system was executed from budget means. It is maintained the high level of financing the roads. The huge road investments are done according to many years' programme of road network development. There is formal possibility to finance the road design including private means but up to now it is not implemented in Germany. (original abstract)
