Abstrakty

Treść referatu dotyczy analizy kształtowania się koniunktury gospodarczej w rolnictwie polskim, w latach 1993-2002. Podstawą badań jakościowych koniunktury była ankieta, której układ pozwolił na pozyskanie danych do obliczenia wskaźników koniunktury, ocenę związków gospodarstw z rynkiem, poznanie wysiłków inwestycyjnych gospodarstw, ustalenie stopnia wykorzystania przez rolników pomocy finansowej państwa oraz na poznanie stosunku rolników do idei zjednoczenia Polski z UE. Jakościowe badania koniunktury w rolnictwie, prowadzone od 1992 roku w Instytucie Rozwoju Gospodarczego SGH, pozwalają na stawianie hipotez i prognoz w czym wyraża się ich przydatność w poznawaniu rzeczywistości.

Science 1992 the Research Institute of Economic Development of the Warsaw School of Economics has conducted business surveys in Poland, focusing on agriculture sector. The surveyed farms are large than the average farms in the country. Their owners are younger and better prepared for the agricultural profession. The surveyed group (approximately 1500) of farms constitutes and intellectual and financial vanguard of all farms in Poland. The general business indicators (constructed from cash receipts and confidences indicators) showed that there were three periods as regard the economic situation of agricultural farms in the 90s.: first - improvement since 1993 up till 1996/97, after a period of deep deterioration of income in the years 1990-1992; second - radical deterioration since 1996/97 until 1998/99; third - gradual improvement till 2002, however, the economic situation of the agrarian population has deteriorated in the last months.
