Then is a lot of capital expediture factors. Investors take to consideration most of them. Part of factors doesn't depend on specialisation of firm. Investors often take to consideration area with good developed means of communication. Some factors have individual, subjective capatity. Some of them are noneconomical like: origin of place that he visit and he likes or way of spending his free time. If we classification of the factors we will get a few groups: infrastructure and means of communications, local market, labour market, industrial environment, business environment, natural environment condition and atractions.
