Abstrakty

Artykuł rozpoczynają terminologiczne wyjaśnienia pojęć projekt, projekt inwestycyjny i zarządzenie projektem. W następnej kolejności autor przedstawił dwie klasyfikacje projektów inwestycyjnych, określił uczestników projektu oraz etapy zarządzania projektami inwestycyjnymi. Artykuł zakończył wskazaniem celów projektów inwestycyjnych, czyli sprecyzował pojęcie "sukces projektu".

Nowadays, the efficient firms think and act in terms of projects. In the article the project has been defined according to the rules introduced by the Project Management Institute. Two ways of classification of the projects have been described: the first that arised from the work connected to the project realisation and the second resulted from the projects' nature itself. The stages of the project management have been discussed in the main part of the article. Finally, the author has tried to define a "project success" and the benefits resulted from the project management. (original abstract)
