The article states the thesis, that tendencies of character and personality conditioning the occurence of the moral hazard in the systems employee-employer show in particular way through the institution of health insurance. The results of the study on absenteeism of employees have been discussed, with the impact on regularities (correlations) of distributions of appropriate variables, showing the difference in individual utility of labor performed by the employee.
