Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono istotę koncepcji global governance. Przedstawiono współczesne wolnorynkowe eksperymenty. W szczególności omówiono eksperyment neoliberalny na przykładzie rolnictwa i gospodarki żywnościowej w Polsce. Nakreślono perspektywy gospodarki rynkowej w dobie globalizacji.

The authors outline the concept of global governance and consider its usefulness as an important tool to restrict negative effects of the dynamics of contemporary economy which aims at globalisation. According to the authors the existing regulation of global relations is still insufficient and ineffective in avoiding the most important threats to the functioning of contemporary market economy. The authors point out dangers and social costs of neoliberal experiments at the time of globalisation, particularly as regards agriculture and food economy in Poland in the nineties. The final part of the paper refers to short and long-term perspectives of the economy at the time of globalisation. (original abstract)
