Abstrakty
Autor rozpatruje zjawisko dezintegracji negatywnej jako skutek transformacji systemowej w Polsce. Jednym z najdotkliwszych przejawów dezintegracji negatywnej jest bezrobocie, sprzężone z wielowymiarowym ubóstwem i natężeniem zjawisk patologii społecznych. Autor omawia bezrobocie jako kwestię społeczną oraz w kategoriach skutków społecznych i ekonomicznych.
The article broaches the subject of the social - economic changes. We have invariably with them since autumn 1989. Fast rising unemployment becomes one of the most important social problems. The difficult situation is losing a job not only, because of the substantial worsening conditions. After considering the role of work in general, it allows to estimate the costs, which are borne by the unemployment, his family and as a consequence the whole society. The competition on the market as well as work is concerned causes a rising number of people who are not able to offer their potential employer qualifications and experience which are required. They are simultaneously too passive and accustomed to social welfare so that they could start their own business in the unknown reality of free market. The helplessness which is consequence not only of the present, unpredictable economy's conditions but also of the previous system, deepens this situation, pushing a lot of people on the margin of social and economic life. This process causes deep pathology of the social structures. (original abstract)
