W artykule omówiono w 10 punktach najważniejsze wyzwań jakie należy uwzględnić przy rozważaniu przyszłej profesjonalnej edukacji i szkolenia studentów dla potrzeb administracji publicznej oraz praktyków tej administracji. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na umiejętności techniczne, kierownicze i przywódcze przyszłego skutecznego urzędnika administracji publicznej.
