Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie ewolucji podejścia do pomiaru adekwatności kapitałowej banków jako kluczowych pośredników finansowych. Szczególny nacisk położono na rozwiązania wypracowane przez Bazylejski Komitet Nadzoru Bankowego i przedstawione do konsultacji jako tzw. Nowa Umowa Kapitałowa (Bazylea II).
