Abstrakty
Kraje bałtyckie wdrożyły aktywną politykę dostosowania infrastruktury komunikacyjnej do wymogów Unii Europejskiej. Kluczowymi partnerami tych państw w międzynarodowej wymianie handlowej zostały kraje Europy Zachodniej. Tempo i zakres zmian pozwala przypuszczać, iż po akcesji do UE Litwa, Łotwa i Estonia szybko i skutecznie włączą się w struktury komunikacyjne Unii Europejskiej.
