Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest sprawdzenie, czy w wybranych krajach OECD oraz krajach transformujących swoje gospodarki zachodzi proces konwergencji strumieni oraz zasobów kapitału ludzkiego. Przedstawiono definicje i mierniki kapitału ludzkiego oraz dostępne dane statystyczne. Uwzględnione w analizie miary kapitału ludzkiego to współczynniki skolaryzacji na poziomie edukacji podstawowej, średniej i wyższej, nakłady edukacyjne i zdrowotne wyrażone w procentach PKB oraz oczekiwana długość życia.
