Abstrakty

Załamanie bipolarnego systemu jałtańskiego stworzyło potrzebę ukształtowania nowej struktury systemu globalnego. Zdaniem autora w latach dziewięćdziesiątych przeważały tendencje centralistyczne, natomiast doktryna G.W.Busha i jej realizacja stanowią symbol uzyskania przewagi przez siły monocentryczne i imperialne. Autor rozważa możliwość utworzenia przez Stany Zjednoczone globalnego systemu unipolarnego i podaje sześć typów argumentów na udowodnienie swojej tezy. Są to argumenty (1) strukturalne, (2) polityczne, (3)militarno-strategiczne, (4) ekonomiczne, (5) cywilizacyjno-kulturowe i (6) społeczne.
