Tożsamość organizacyjna to symboliczna, zbiorowa interpretacja ludzi tworzących organizację, odnosząca się do tego, czym organizacja jest i jaka chciałaby być. W artykule rozróżniono pojęcie tożsamości od kultury, wizerunku oraz misji i wizji organizacyjnej.
