Abstrakty

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań empirycznych, które wskazują na potrzebę i możliwość stosowania zróżnicowanego zakresu, metod i narzędzi koncepcji controllingowej w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach. Przedstawiono także złożoną z czterech elementów propozycję typologii modeli controllingu MSP: zorientowanego informacyjnie, zorientowanego na rachunkowość, operacyjnego, zintegrowanego. Wskazano główne czynniki wpływające na kształt i ewolucję przedstawionych rozwiązań modelowych.

The paper presents the essence of results of the empirical research, which indicate the needs and possibilities of the implementation of different range of methods and instruments of controlling in the small and middle companies. Is has been also presented the proposal of the models of controlling for such companies. This proposal includes four models: the model oriented on information, the model oriented on accounting, the operational model and the integrated model. The authors have underlined the main factours which influence on the shape and the evolution of these models mentioned above. (original abstract)
