Abstrakty

Przedmiotem artykułu jest dostosowanie zatrudnienia do wahań realnego kursu walutowego - analiza elastyczności zatrudnienia w przemyśle przetwórczym w odniesieniu do szoków kursowych w odniesieniu do polskiego rynku pracy. Zagadnienia te omówiono w podziale na poszczególne sekcje przemysłu, a także na sekcje handlowe i niehandlowe. Interesujące wydaje się zbadanie, jak różnią się od siebie w reakcji na szoki kursowe sektory o wysokiej penetracji importu i eksportu.
