Abstrakty
Artykuł omawia znaczenie motywów rozpoczęcia działalności na własny rachunek w Polsce. Badania dotyczą motywacji pozytywnych oraz negatywnych. Wywiady przeprowadzone wśród 1066 mikroprzedsiębiorstw na terenie całego kraju pozwoliły określić tendencje występujące w sektorze mikroprzedsiębiorstw.
The article describes start-up determinants of self-employment in Poland. The study deals with two main groups of entrepreneurship motives defined as positive and negative factors. Questionnaires carried out among 1066 micro-entrepreneurs within the country indicate main tendencies in the sector of micro-enterprises.(original abstract)
