Zastosowanie teorii równowagi sił do analizy procesó integracji regionalnej w Azji Wschodniej i Europie

Abstrakty

Teorie realistyczne pozwalają na analizę integracji regionalnej w trzech wymiarach: 1) jako sposobu wewnętrzego równoważenia sił w regionie, 2) metody budowania systemu regionalnej hegemonii (akumulacji kapitału), 3) jako formuły lepszego prezentowania interesów na arenie światowej, zarówno przez poszczególne państwa, jak i samo ugrupowanie regionalne. Realne procesy równowagi sił kształtują nie tylko potencjały: militarny, gospodarczy, technologiczny, społeczny itp., ale również inne czynniki, duże znaczenie mają kwestie instytucjnalne. Jak dowodzi przykład europejski, suma potencjałów poszczególnych krajów w Europie jest stosunkowo wysoka, ale słabośc instytucjonalna Unii Europejskiej, połączona za sprzecznością interesów i działań poszczególnych krajów członkowskich na arenie międzynarodowej - znacząco obniża możliwości polityki europejskiej.
