The main goal of this article is to analyse the state of art and the tendency to change within the scope of corporate order around the world, while taking into consideration the resolutions recommended in the codes of goal corporate practice.

Celem artykułu jest analiza stanu i tendencji zmian w zakresie ładu korporacyjnego na świecie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rozwiązań zawartych w tzw. kodeksach dobrych praktyk korporacyjnych.
