Abstrakty
Soki i napoje owocowe, warzywne i owocowo-warzywne to jeden z najważniejszych części szerokiego rynku napojów bezalkoholowych. Autor przeanalizował zmiany jakie miały miejsce na tym rynku w latach 1997-2000 w Polsce, a zatem produkcję, import i eksport oraz spożycie.
A trade of juice and drinks dynamically expands in last years the major part of fruit and vegetable juice and drink production is sold on polish market. In 2000 was produced 7905,5 thousand hectoliter juice and drinks. More than 86% at this production it was a fruit juice and drinks. Polish producers export (ungainly Apple concentrate) to Germany and Holland. We import orange and grapefruit concentrate. Consumption of juice and drinks increase tram 2 liter in early 90. to near 20 liter in 2000. Polish consumers predominating drink orange, apple and grapefruit juice. (original abstract)
