Abstrakty
Małopolska jest jednym z największych województw w Polsce i zgromadziła około 8% trwałego majątku narodowego o ogólnej wartości ok 100 mld zł. W artykule przedstawiono system rynku nieruchomości w województwie małopolskim. Omówiono strukturę aktów notarialnych w latach 1990-2000, oraz przedstawiono wybrane wskaźniki cen i stawek obowiązujących w województwie małopolskim w roku 2000 i pierwszym półroczu 20001 r.
Małopolska is one of the largest voivodships in Poland and possesses 8% of the country's fixed assets worth more than PLN 100 billion. Annually, PLN 9 billion is invested here and per capita GDP is more than PLN 14,000. The real estate market is very active with 54,000 notarial transactions per annum, accounting for 9% of total national real estate turnover. The majority of these transactions - 70% - involve residential homes, while there is a relatively small proportion of turnover in production and service buildings, and in land. The extent of their real estate markets mean that the city districts of Małopolska can be considered as individual cases in business terms. The region also has a well-developed services infrastructure for the real estate market. The prospects for this market in Małopolska are good as there are extensive reserves of property to trade both in the city and in the country. Further, unemployment is a little below average and people tend to be wealthier than elsewhere in the country. That there are two euroregions adds a final dynamic factor suggesting that the real estate market will continue to develop in Małopolska. (original abstract)
