W pierwszej części artykułu omówiono istotę i strukturę kapitału intelektualnego. W części drugiej przedstawiono elementy składowe raportu o stanie kapitału intelektualnego: opis wiedzy, cele (wyzwania dla zarządzającego), podejmowane działania i wskaźniki.

This article presents the latest comprehensive approach to a company's non-material resources - the theory of an organisation's intellectual capital - with the greatest attention being paid to the problem of reporting on the state of that intellectual capital. Based on the subject literature, one proposal in this area is presented. The report consists of four parts: a description of the subject knowledge, challenges for managers, decisions to be made and indicators. Additionally presented is an analytical model of an organisation's intellectual capital which together with the report comprehensively illustrates the changes that occur in the state and structure of an organisation's intellectual capital.
