Abstrakty

Dokonano analizy sytuacji na rynku pracy w Polsce oraz analizy struktury wykształcenia bezrobotnych. Omówiono zagadnienie wykształcenia w kontekście konkurencji po stronie podaży oraz strukturę popytu na pracę w obrębie sektorów. Na koniec zaprezentowano kierunki dostosowania systemu kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy.

The article is devoted to the situation in Poland in which the unemployed are faced with. An analysis of the labour market situation in Poland reveals the rate of unemployment in Poland which is the lowest among the twenty nine OECD countries. To precise the rate of unemployment the definition of unemployed person is given. A comparison between the second term of 2002 against the same period of the previous year and unemployment rate in different countries can also be found. The article also discusses education structure analysis of the unemployed in Poland. Education and different forms of qualification improvement are described as opportunities for people who look for jobs.Occupation itself is also stated as one of important issues due to the fact that some professions will disappear and some are very popular in the labour market. Directions of the education system adaptations towards job market needs are described in the article. It is stressed that dynamic development of science, technique and technology requires the continuous qualification improvement. It is also stated that it is significant to predict changes for job staff requirements, in particular to create demand forecast for job versus occupations what is required for efficient changes in education. At the end of the article it is stated that despite all tools we have, we cannot efficiently utilize them.(original abstract)
