Abstrakty

Przedstawiono aspekty oceny wstępnej projektów: definicje pojęcia oceny, jej cechy, funkcje w procesie planowania i klasyfikacje metod ewaluacji. Następnie szczegółowo scharakteryzowano procedury i narzędzia oceny projektu: społeczno-ekonomicznej, wielokryteriowej, oddziaływania projektu oraz ryzyka. Dla większości z prezentowanych metodyk zaproponowano przykłady ich zastosowania zaczerpnięte ze studiów przypadków.

The paper presents some aspects of preliminary project evaluation such as definitions of evaluation, their features, functions in planning process and classifications of evaluation methods. There is also a description of procedures and tools of project evaluation. For most of presented methodologies, the author has suggested the examples of their implementation basing on case studies.
