Abstrakty

Artykuł przedstawia wybrane teorie opisujące czynniki warunkujące wielkość przedsiębiorstwa, z punktu widzenia specyfiki małych i średnich podmiotów gospodarczych, w tym małych firm technologicznych. Omówione koncepcje to: konwencjonalna teoria technologiczna, teoria instytucjonalna, ekonomia przemysłowa oraz teoria oparta na stochastycznych modelach dynamicznych.

The theory of economy is taking under consideration various factors determining the effective size of the company. The economic theory in this field is formulated on the basis of: conventional technological theory, institutional theory, industrial economy and theory based on dynamic stochastical models. Presented paper is taking under consideration above mentioned theories describing factors affecting the effective size of the company from the point of view of SME and NTBF. (original abstract)
