Depth of Specialization. Economical-Organization Proposal as an Expample on Milk Farms in Central Macroregion

Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono fragment badań przeprowadzonych w latach 1997-2001 w gospodarstwach wyspecjalizowanych w produkcji mleka. Przeanalizowano opłacalność produkcji w kontekście wartości: (a) produkcji towaru głównego i towarów sprzężonych, (b) towaru głównego. (oryg. streszcz.)
In the studying milk farms average index of the depth specialisation amounted 124,8%. It means that the every fifth zloty from milk production came from completed articles, for example from calves production, defective cows, farm heifers, cream and cheese. Along with the growth of a direct profitability in milk production index of depth specialisation was decreasing. It could show that at this stage of specialisation and not yet sufficient invested peasant farms, falsification of the farm owners attention on the production of many ranges which are integrally connected with milk and it was not effective in researching period to maximise direct profitability. There is need to improve milk production in the reaching specialists farms. (original abstract)
