In this paper one of new management techniques like empowerment was discussed together with conditions of using this technique, rules and problems with bringing empowerment into organization. (KZ)
Omówiono technikę zarządzania - empowerment, warunki jej zastosowania, zasady wprowadzania w organizacji i związane z tym problemy. Autor podjął także próbę obalenia mitu wszechstronności zastosowania empowermentu.
