System Rezerwy Federalnej (SFR - Federal Reserve System, określany też jako Federal Reserve, a w skrócie Fed) to bank centralny Stanów Zjednoczonych. W opracowaniu omówiono genezę i strukturę banku centralnego Stanów Zjednoczonych, cele polityki pieniężnej oraz jej instrumenty, nadzór nad bankami, niezależność i samofinansowanie SRF. Przedstawiono również dotychczasowe efekty polityki pieniężnej Fed.
