Przedstawiono problematykę związaną z wdrażaniem systemu zarządzania jakością oraz dokonano przeglądu takich systemów w przemyśle rolno-spożywczym.
After joining the EU, the food market in Poland has been subjected to higher quality standards that an governed by the law and the consumers. The goal of these policies is to assist informing standardized goods ani to organize a cost-effective division of labour. Farms and businesses in the food industry are confronted with the task of adjusting their businesses to this new situation in order to maintain their existent market capacities as well as io aquire new markets. In order to solve these problems, a framework of legislation was created. In the EU there exists such a concai in the form of the ISO 9001. Further, the HACCP functions in hygiene regulation. Both of these systems actas organizational frameworks for quality management. The goal of this provision is to establish greater customer satisfaction that increases due to higher quality sensibility from the consumer. (original abstract)
