Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W pracy zaprezentowano model wyceny obligacji.
In the paper a bond valuation model is presented. In concerns the three-year variable-rate Polish government bond. This bond is issued regularly beginning from the August 1992. Its interest rate is fixed for a three-month period and the reference interest rate is the average of four returns on 13-weeks treasury bills. The concept of the bond valuation is derived from the choice of alternative investing in the bond or in the treasury bills at the beginning of each interest period. The sequence of values of the three-year variable-rate bond as a function of forward returns on treasury bills is constructed and analyzed. (original abstract)
