Artykuł omawia strukturalne przemiany na rynku pracy w Wietnamie. Przeprowadzono ogólną charakterystykę zasobów rynku pracy w latach 1996-2003, wymieniono cele i założenia przemian oraz zaprezentowano podstawowe wskaźniki i ich trendy na tym rynku.
