Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest podjęcie próby zdefiniowania jakości oraz zaproponowanie modelu jej kształtowania w postaci Total Quality Education, w odniesieniu do szkolnictwa wyższego. Zaprezentowano próbę definicji jakości w edukacji szkolnictwa wyższego. Przedstawiono pojęcie Total Quality Management w edukacji.
