Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest próba wskazania na możliwości analizowania wartości organizacyjnych. Wyjaśniono pojęcie „system wartości organizacyjnych" i przedstawiono etapy analizy wartości (w tym związki i zależności między różnymi wartościami). Systemy wartości mają wpływ na wyniki ekonomiczne i społeczne. Przyczyniają się do wzrostu zyskowności, produktywności, innowacyjności. Współczesne organizacje zorientowane na jakość ustalają systemy wartości, które są niezbędne dla realizacji misji i wizji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The article attempts to identify the possibilities of analyzing Organizational values. The author stresses the significance of the discussed issues, introduces basic definitions, clarifies a notion of a system of Organizational values, as well as presents stages of value analysis including relations and interdependencies. Clearly defined value systems exert influence in economic and social results of organization; they contribute to an increase in profitability, productivity and innovation. Modern quality oriented organizations determine value systems indispensable for implementation of their missions and visions. (original abstract)
