Abstrakty

W sprawozdaniu zreferowano przebieg i treść wystąpień na XIV Zjeździe Katedr oraz Zakładów Prawa Pracy i Ubezpieczeń Społecznych, która miała miejsce w Gdańsku w dniach 19-21 września 2007 r. Część merytoryczna Zjazdu składała się z trzech sesji poświęconych kolejno problematyce indywidualnego prawa pracy, zbiorowym stosunkom pracy oraz zagadnieniom zabezpieczenia społecznego.

In days 19-21 September 2007 XVIth Convention of Departments and Institutes of Labour Law and Social Insurance took place in Gdańsk. It has been devoted to problems with codification of labour law and selected issues of social security. Works on new codification of Labour law has already started in the nineteen eighties. In September 2006 Codification Committee submited Polish government two projects of new Codes: Labour Code and Collective Labour Code. Both projects are now suitable to discuss them with academic circle and social partners. During first session dedicated to problem of so-called individual labour law their papers gave members of Codification Committee prof. Michał Seweryński ("Problems with codification of labour law - leading remarks"), prof. Ludwik Florek ("Codification problems of labour law") and prof. Walerian Sanetra ("Certain disputed issues of labour law codification"). Second session was dedicated to problems connected with the issue of collective labour law. In this part their papers presented prof. Grzegorz Goździewicz ("Whether one should codify the collective labour law in Poland?") and prof. Jakub Stelina ("Collective representation of workers in Poland - the present state and perspectives"). During third session dedicated to issues of social security their papers gave prof. Barbara Wagner ("Legal situation of woman in case of husband's death") and prof. Zdzisław Kubot ("Subjectivity of benefit provider in a health care"). The report presents key points of individual papers and the course of discussion. (original abstract)
