Przedstawiono wpływ motywacji i zaangażowania pracowników w sukces organizacji sportowej. Skoncentrowano się na klubach sportowych dyscyplin zespołowych.

In this article, the author presents the specific nature of sports organisations, indicating their particular features that make them similar to and different from industrial organisations. Next, the author presents and describes individual employee groups in such organisations. In the following section, the author presents the conditions for the success of a sports organisation and analyses the areas in which an organisation may achieve this success. Further, the author discusses the motivation of athletes and coaches, taking into account external factors, and shows the effect of identification with an organisation. In the last part of the article, the author poses the question whether employee involvement in the case of sports organisations is desirable or not. This question mostly concerns employees from the non-sports related departments that ensure the running of the club. The suggestion is also made to introduce emotional involvement as one recruitment condition. The article closes with a short summary of the main arguments made. (original abstract)
