Przedstawiono różne proponowane w literaturze przedmiotu modele sukcesu i/lub akceptacji technologii informatycznej w organizacji. Autor skupił uwagę na modelach uniwersalnych, pominął zaś modele zorientowane na specyficzne zastosowania czy na grupy użytkowników.

IS utilization in organizations, factors determining its acceptance, and IS success are important foci of IS research for years. In this paper we make a thorough review of concepts, models and measures developed for measuring user Satisfaction and IS success in organizations. (original abstract)
