Omówiono wybrane obszary wyceny kapitału ludzkiego w organizacjach międzynarodowych po fuzji lub przejęciu. W literaturze przedmiotu istniej kilkanaście modeli ilościowych i jakościowych wyceny kapitału ludzkiego, w artykule omówiono strategiczną kartę wyników zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, IC Rating oraz model Fitz-enza.

Proper use of resources is human a condition of the efficient management an international organization in this organizations after merger and acquisition. Simultaneously indispensable is the cost-analysis and the endeavour to the effective personnel management. In the literature of the object it exists a dozen or so models quantitative qualitative of the human capital. One have a dynamic other statically character. With the basic question which give to themselves their authors, this what belongs to fix the price "what is this the human capital" and only afterwards as to price him - with which methods and tools. The article presents chosen areas of the pricing of the human capital. (original abstract)
