Zaprezentowano podejście do problematyki jakości oprogramowania od strony niezawodności i błędów. Omówiono wybrane parametry jakości, sposoby ich pomiaru a także zaproponowano procedurę umożliwiającą badanie wpływu zastosowania schematu Personal Software Process (PSP) na jakość odpowiednich faz procesu tworzenia oprogramowania.

Current requirements for contemporary computer systems concern not only satisfying the functional needs but also involve the guaranty of safety and dependability. The article presents an approach to the software quality issue with special consideration of dependability and errors problems. The selected quality parameters, methods of theirs measurement and the influence of Personal Software Process (PSP) utilization on the quality of the software creation process, on the quality of final product and on the cost of errors debugging in particular stages of software creation have been submitted.
