Autorka przeanalizowała czynniki determinujące budowę struktury organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa w oparciu o wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w 79 polskich dużych firmach produkcyjnych.

The organizational structure is the result of many various factors, which run in different direction and with different strength. Among these factors one can distinguish: environment, size and the age of the organization, degree of the diversification of the production, technology, people, organizational culture and strategy. These factors strengthen or neutralize their structure features in dependence on situational conditions of the enterprise. The strengths of these factors also cause changes in the organizational system of the enterprise. The analysis of the factors determining the organizational structure is the main aim of this report. It is based on research of 79 Polish large productive enterprises. (original abstract)
