Abstrakty
Autorka przedstawiła kilka wybranych kierunków zarządzania współczesnymi przedsiębiorstwami, możliwe do przeanalizowania w układach dychotomicznych, np. organizacja w sensie rzeczowym - sieć międzyorganizacyjna, indywidualizm - zespołowość. Autorka skupiła głównie uwagę na dychotomii: przychód ekonomiczny - renta ekonomiczna, rutynowe zachowania organizacyjne - dynamiczne zdolności, strategiczne dopasowanie - organizacyjny fitness oraz formułowanie strategii - implementacja strategii. Temat nie został wyczerpany, ale autorkę głównie interesowało wskazanie konieczności wypracowania odmiennych narzędzi zarządzania oraz zmiana systemu wartości, postaw i sposobów postrzegania rzeczywistości.
