The article is presenting the original author's conception of trust management in the context of normalization of corruption in organization. Corruption is believed to be the dark side of trust and it develops in three stages: institutionalization, rationalization and socialization. The authors explain mutual relations between trust and corruption stemming from the multi-dimensional character of trust. However, these relations are not straight and simple but unequal and complex. The article attempts to drive the attention to the need of trust management development in organizations what has crucial meaning in the fight against corruption.(original abstract)
