Zaprezentowano uwarunkowania zmian współczesnych systemów kontroli. Główny nacisk położono na pojęcie struktury zdecentralizowanej. Przedstawiono zagadnienie więzi organizacyjnych w tych strukturach.

The aim of this article is to detail the trends in the development of control systems in businesses with decentralized internal structures. In the beginning of the article, the author briefly outlines the transformations in the organisational forms of contemporary companies and presents their impact on the functioning of control solutions. Next, the author presents the concept of a decentralised structure, focusing mainly on the character of organisational links in such structures. Understanding organisational links provides the proper perspective for discussing forms of control under conditions of advanced management decentralisation. The author develops the idea of interactive control, which first of all should refer to the development of internal communication. (original abstract)
