Scharakteryzowano istotę i składniki kapitału ludzkiego. Omówiono system wartości pracowników i ich role społeczne. Przedstawiono sieć komunikacji międzyludzkiej i pomiędzy organizacjami.

The main aim of the article is to analyse social capital from the point of view of its identifiable components. The starting point of the analysis is an interpretation of the concept of this type of capital - as definitions of social capital in the literature on the subject vary. The aggregate definition adopted in this article points to the components of social capital. Amongst the most important of these are the system of values, social roles, and the network of interpersonal communication and communication between organizations where people's life processes take place. These components are the building blocks of trust between people. These components also constitute the basis for trust between organizations. It is precisely this trust that is the most important product of social capital, transforming it into an important factor that contributes to work effectiveness. (original abstract)
