Innovation activity in start-ups and firms at the stage of market expansion

Abstrakty
W artykule na podstawie przeglądu literatury stwierdzono, że w nowo powstałych firmach wzrasta prawdopodobieństwo wprowadzania innowacji w zakresie nowych produktów i rozwiązań organizacyjnych, podczas gdy firmy na etapie ekspansji rynkowej chętniej i częściej wprowadzają innowacje procesowe. Based on the literature review the author comes to a conclusion that among newly established companies there is a higher probability of introducing product innovations or new organizational solutions, while expanding companies are more likely to introduce process innovations. (original abstract)
