Publikacja stanowi kontynuację rozważań ukierunkowanych na doskonalenie procesu auditowania systemów zarządzania jakością. Udzielono wskazówek jakie działania auditowe i poauditowe można uznać za skuteczne. Skupiono się na wyjaśnieniu, które z takich działań implikują doskonalenie systemów zarządzania, a które stanowią jedynie wymaganie międzynarodowych standardów jakości.

Making improvements in the initiated quality management systems, companies of rubber industry concentrate their actions on not only quality of either goods or service but also work quality taken within the confines of basic and auxiliary processes including audit and post-audit actions. It turns out that the most often pointed correcting and preventive actions taken in the range of fighting against difficulties is to engage the management and giving the managers the entitlement to make internal audits. Improvement actions taken in the range of suppliers' audits concentrate, particularly, on checking the tasks' effectiveness from the previous audit and reinforcing auditing teams' cast (such as a technologist, a proxy or management). Next, the aim of barriers' elimination encountered during certificating units' audits, companies direct their actions towards managers' participation in certificating units' audits, and also developing the cooperation based on partnership (exchanging, improving information). The article, in a detailed way, presents actions that implicate the internal audit process and supplier's audit process improvement taken by companies of rubber industry, with the division on individual kinds of management systems. Collected information let companies of different trades improve actions in the discussed range. (original abstract)
