Abstrakty
Zaprezentowano podstawy naukowego podejścia do zagadnienia ludzkiej inteligencji. Przedstawiono pierwsze próby zdefiniowania inteligencji oraz różne sposoby jej ujęcia. Opisano znaczenie istoty inteligencji i jej wpływ na rozwój współczesnych inteligentnych organizacji.
In this article, the author outlines the scientific approach to the issue of human intelligence. He describes the first attempts to define intelligence and the various ways of perceiving it. In the second part of the article, he traces the development of the scientific approach to intelligence and discusses several important ways of understanding intelligence that have made a significant contribution to the current state of the knowledge on this subject. The third part of the article addresses the broader meaning of intelligence and its impact on the development of modern intelligent organisations. In the next part, the author briefly presents the principal methods for measuring intelligence, i.e., intelligence tests. He indicates their most important features and discusses the most important principles of their application. (original abstract)
