Abstrakty

Zdaniem autora prywatyzacja jako integralny składnik procesu transformacji gospodarki ukraińskiej ma różnokierunkowy wpływ na proces stanowienia i rozwoju małych przedsiębiorstw na Ukrainie. Autor podaje, że im wartość indeksu małej prywatyzacji EBRR była wyższa, tym zarejestrowanych niepaństwowych małych przedsiębiorstw na Ukrainie było coraz więcej. Okazuje się, że prywatyzacja nie miała jednak żadnego wpływu na jakościową stronę funkcjonowania ukraińskich małych przedsiębiorstw. Ich jakościowe charakterystyki, mierzone za pomocą wskaźnika udziału w krajowej sprzedaży towarów, robót i usług w badanym okresie, osiągały coraz mniejszy poziom przy jednoczesnym zwiększaniu się indeksu małej prywatyzacji EBRR. Autor stawia zatem tezę, że prywatyzacja na Ukrainie nie przyniosła oczekiwanych rezultatów i doświadczenie rozwiniętych gospodarek zachodnich nie znalazło swego odbicia w ukraińskich realiach

In the article, the author presented the results of the survey on small enterprises in Ukraine in the period of transformation (1998-2007). The subject matters of the survey are ties between privatisation and development of small enterprises in Ukraine. As the quantitative index, there is chosen the number of registered small enterprises in Ukraine as of 31 December of each successive year of the period of survey. And the qualitative index is the share of small enterprises in the domestic sales of goods, work and services. (original abstract)
