Abstrakty
Scharakteryzowano model kierowniczo-decyzyjny zbudowany w oparciu o EFQM (the European Fundation for Quality Management) Quality Award. Omówiono efektywność modelu EFQM, który njlepiej się sprawdza w przedsiębiorstwach dużych, zatrudniających ponad 50 pracowników.
The necessity of creation the complex evaluation system of organization potential was pointed out. The EFQM (The European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model was proposed as a tool of measurement the strategic resources and results of an enterprise. The nine fundamental areas of an organization (like leadership, people, policy and strategy, partners and resources, processes and results connected with people development, clients and corporate social responsibility) were characterized. The efficiency of EFQM Model was discussed.(original abstract)
