W artykule omówiono pojęcia metafor organizacyjnych oraz potrzeb informacyjnych. Zaprezentowano metodę metaforycznej identyfikacji i interpretacji potrzeb informacyjnych, uwzględniając etapy postępowania przy stosowaniu metody. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article discusses the terms of organisational metaphors and information needs. A method of metaphorical identification and interpretation of information needs has been presented, taking into consideration the process stages during the method application. The paper is designated for managers, users and creators of information systems, and also for external consultants. (original abstract)
